Simcoe County Forests Recreation Policy

Canadian Motorcycle Training Services operates in the Simcoe County region of Ontario, Canada. Simcoe County, in consultation with various interest groups and the public, has created the Simcoe County Forests Policy to ensure that the forests will be managed in a responsible way.

As of January 1 2007, the following guidelines apply to the activities promoted by Canadian Motorcycle Training Services:

Snowmobiling is permitted on designated OFSC trails only, and Use Agreement and Permits are required.

Other off-road motorized vehicles (ATVs; motorcycles) are allowed on designated OFATV or OFTR trails only; use agreement and permits are required; and the maximum vehicle weight is 400 kg.
