Horseshoe Riding Adventures

North America's #1 off-road school for motorcycles, ATVs, rhinos, and snowmobiles.

On May 24–25 we'll teach your child to ride for free at the Ste. Julie Yamaha Riding Academy.

Welcome to Canadian Motorcycle Training Services

Thank you for visiting our off-road motorcycle, ATV, rhino and snowmobile rider training website. We designed this website to give you the information needed for you and your family to join us for some training or guided trail ride.

Off-road riding can be a lot of fun for people of all ages and experience levels. And it can be a great family sport.

We promote riding safely and having fun while preserving our environment. We provide:

  • Professional off-road instruction, covering aspects of enduro, trials, motocross, rhinos, ATVs (including Canada Safety Council ATV certification), and snowmobiles
  • Guided trail rides (on off-road motorcycles, ATVs, rhinos and snowmobiles)
  • Use of all the off-road gear you need to ride safely
  • Use of a minibike, youth ATV, motorcycle, ATV, rhino, or snowmobile
  • Lessons with lots of practice time
  • Great training locations near Barrie and Parry Sound, Ontario, and throughout Canada

Will it be your or your children's first ride?

Great! You and your loved ones will have more fun when learning to ride a motorcycle or ATV in a safe, controlled environment. We provide minibikes, motorcycles and ATVs that are great for learning off-road riding; our location has lots of wide open space for novice training; and our patient staff have lots of experience teaching beginners.

Check out our Motorcycle & ATV Training and Rides for Children, Yamaha Riding Academy for Children, and Motorcycle & ATV Summer Camps pages for more information.

Are you a street-motorcycle rider?

Some street-motorcycle riders feel that dirt-riding is for potatoes, but we believe that off-road experience can vastly improve on-road skills. The variety of terrain (sand, gravel, mud, and grass) and the constant challenges of trail riding will develop your ability to maintain control in challenging situations.

Are you an experienced off-road rider?

Wonderful! We will match your lesson's skill demand and the technical level of the track and trail to suit your abilities.
